Admission Tracker

The Admission Tracker is an online service that helps your school manage the admission process and meet enrollment goals using a simple interface that is designed to support PEJE's established best practices in admission. By using the Admission Tracker, your staff saves time and money.

Purchasing the Admission Tracker

Price: $600 annual fee
  ($500 for schools with total enrollment less than 200)

Renewals will begin August 1st for the new school year.
Please note that the Admission Tracker was revised and improved in functionality using feedback from our current base of 35 users in the spring of 2009. The improvements were subsidized by PEJE.

*Individual user support will only be included the first year of purchase.

Please join us for one of these informative webinars to learn about the benefits and features of the PEJE Admission Tracker, a product in the Yardstick Suite of Tools. During these one-hour calls you will learn how to track student data from inquiry to enrollment, generate reports to track your work throughout the year, and monitor your progress toward your enrollment goals. These webinars are intended for schools that have already purchased the Tracker. About Measuring Success

Measuring Success is an independent firm dedicated to creating quantitative models for measuring and enhancing Jewish organizational effectiveness. Sacha Litman, the Founder and Principal Consultant, has been working with PEJE to develop indicators of day school growth since 2003. By the fall of 2007, PEJE and Measuring Success involved nearly 200 Jewish day schools across all divisions and denominations. Based on data from the Benchmark Report, Measuring Success and PEJE have developed a suite of Yardstick tools.
